This unit is composed of two pre treating tanks,vacuum emulsifying and blending tank,vacuum pump,hydraulic lifting system,electric control system,
PLC system,internal and external circulation system and work platform.
The mainly part of this machine is made of SUS316,with 300 mesh mirror polishing process.
Electrical components are all equipped with Siemens brand,including motor and PLC control.Pre-treating tanks greatly reduces the time required to produce the next batch.
Vacuum pump helps create a better emulsifying environment for the material. Hydraulic lifting system makes the machine more automatic and easy to operate.
The internal and external circulation system makes the raw materials work under the homogenizing status of internal circulation ,and achieve the effect of completely emulsifying the material.
The control system is in the middle part of the machine.It is more convenient to adjust the program according to the production status.
