Main purpose:

Our V type mixing machine is mainly used for uniform mixing of powdered, granular and other materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, and food.

Structural features: This machine is mainly composed of a mixing drum, a frame, a transmission system, an electrical system, and other parts.

It uses two asymmetric material barrels and gravity mixing, where the materials continuously gather and disperse inside the barrels

Technical requirements for machine manufacturing

1.The mixing drum consists of two asymmetric cylinders, made of high-quality stainless steel plate rings with a diameter of 3042B δ 2.5mm and welded tightly together.

The two ends of the V-shaped mixing cylinder are equipped with elliptical heads, and feeding ports are installed on both heads, which is more conducive to cleaning the cylinder after the materials are mixed.

The inner and outer walls have been precision polished and polished, with smooth surfaces, no dead corners, thorough discharge, and easy cleaning.

2. The transmission shaft consists of two half shafts.

Before installation, fix the shaft sleeve with a concentric rod and weld it onto the cylinder wall, reinforced with a δ 8.0mm plate.

After completion, remove the concentric rod and weld the shaft hole tightly without any leakage. During the transmission process of the material cylinder, there is no shaking or eccentricity;

3.The frame of the V-type mixer is made of 6 # channel steel

The welded frame is securely wrapped in 3042B δ 1.0mm stainless steel.

The surface is flat, without scratches or welding marks, and the side controlled by the rotating bracket electrical control is a movable door for easy maintenance;

4.The discharge port of the material cylinder is equipped with a Dg100 stainless steel sealed butterfly valve, which has good sealing effect and is easy to operate

5.All non embroidered steel welding must use argon arc welding technology, and all welding parts must be polished, smoothed, and passivated to ensure smoothness and aesthetics.

Primer must be applied before making the bracket.

The sealing of the feeding and discharging ports should be good, and there should be no powder leakage. (All materials are 304 stainless steel)

The motor must run smoothly and without any noise or vibration Working noise ≤ 75db
